Hello this is Tea, I heard you wanted to join Global Moderator? Well usually I would not allow random people to take the position but I truly need such to happen. Now what is your name?

Have you ever had this position?: Yes and a higher one. (Admin, Mod, Global Mod, Developer etc..) I also can model, animate, texture and moderate.
What would you do if someone continued to rant about them being banned?: I would explain why they were banned and instruct the user to read the rules again. If they still failed to understand the reasoning of the placement and still felt it unfair, I would instruct them to contact a higher ranked staff member concerning their feeling of unfair acting. If they understood, I would explain my apologies but still mention I was doing my job to protect the well being of the users.
If someone insulted you and told you that you were doing a horrible job in this position, how would you respond, hmm?: I would ask their reasoning behind the opinion then respond accordingly. If it was something upon abuse of power or unfair usage, I would ask for evidence of such behavior and instruct the user to contact and admin if they felt unsafe showing evidence(if any.) If no evidence of job failure was shown, I would again ask how I was doing and try to rely on my ability to form to do better. I would also then ask an admin how I was doing with my work. If the insults kept going, and they were pointless, a warning/ban would be in place for insult of a staff member for no reason at all.

Yes, I've been a moderator of several sites as well as one time being an admin
What would you do if someone continued to rant about them being banned?
Message them and politely tell them if they have a problem being banned they can message a staff member or admin about it instead of complaining. If they were ranting that they did nothing wrong, I would tell them exactly what rules they broke for them to end up being banned to make sure they understand.

Ask them to explain what I am exactly doing wrong, and what I can fix to be better for the community. I would then improve myself to whatever they say that is wrong with me, although if they were just telling me that I'm horrible at my job to start drama or threatening/insulting badly, I would tell them to stop otherwise they will be recieving a warning for harrasment.

Hello I'm Scarfy new to the forum but i heard you were low on staff! i decided to apply as i have had experience as a mod in past games such as LC and a few others, I also completely understand if you reject my app.

Have you ever had this position?: Yes in the past i have been a mod and global mod for a few sites.
What would you do if someone continued to rant about them being banned?: I would kindly ask them through PM if they seem to have a problem about this ban, i will then ask them if they have a reason for ranting. If it is a problem and the user says they banned me for no reason i would go through the rules and also ask what they were banned for.
If someone insulted you and told you that you were doing a horrible job in this position, how would you respond, hmm?: I would ask what i was so horrible at doing and try and improve on my mistake. If they continue i would give them a warning to stop and if they carry on they will be given a harassment warning.
