Hey there! I know you've been working on the forum so I wanted to give some suggestions on how to make it better/cleaner looking and easier to figure out.
Make a Staff Board with the Staff List, Staff Bios, and Staff Applications all in one place. The Applications can be placed under a Sub Board and done the same way they are now just more compact rather then all being under a group themselves they can all be threads under the Staff Applications sub board of the Staff Board. If you don't know what I mean by this, go ahead and PM me I'll try and explain it more in depth.
Basically what I mean is it'll be something like this:
Staff List
Sub Board: Staff Biographies
Staff Applications
Sub Boards: Global Moderator Applications, Moderator Applications, Game Makers Applications, Art Team Applications
Next, I think it would be a good idea if you changed the colors of the staff names as some are exactly the same and while pretty it's hard to tell the difference between two staff ranks at just a glance. Each rank/title should have its own color in my opinion, and the Owner and Co-Owner should have their own different color names than the Administrators do. Global Moderators and Game Makers should have different colors as well. For example (to go with the current color scheme you have):
Owner
Co-Owner
Administrator
Global Moderator
Moderator
Game Maker
Art Team
Also, changing the name 'Game Maker' to 'Game Developer' would be more professional sounding. You could call the 'Art Team' the 'Creative Team' as well if you wish.
Another suggestion would be implementing the smears into the title names to make them look nicer. Make sure the smear is a smooth color transition though otherwise it looks ugly (such as bright green to something like bright, neon orange is not as pretty as something like one shade of green to another shade of green or to white.)
A side bar with useful links such as to the Staff List, the Rules, the Game Download (once it's out) would be great too. You can find this by looking through some forum plugins, likewise with the smear add on.
The Staff List should have 'Owner' 'Co-Owner' 'Administrators', etc. rather than Main Administrator and then Administrators, since the ranks are not read as such. Also if you color the words to go along with the color of the names (such as Owner in blue if the owner's name color is blue) then it looks quite nice and people will identify that color with that rank.
If you don't have one already (I wouldn't know since I'm not staff xD ) you should definitely have a hidden board that only staff members can access for the Staff to discuss things about the game such as ideas and share textures or whatever. It's always important to have this so you have a place to talk where normal members can't see.
